If you elect to pay via credit card in Checkout, your card will be charged immediately, and within 24 hours the user(s) will be emailed a logon link and user-specific password to access the recorded course page and begin viewing the course. If you select the Check/ACH payment method in checkout, user(s) will receive access to the course after we have received payment (including any bank processing or check clearing time).

REFUND LIMITATION: Due to intellectual property protection policies, a refund is not possible for a particular single-user course after 14 days from credentials first being emailed, or if the user accesses more than 2 videos in the "Main Course" section of the course page, whichever occurs first.. A non-refundable fee of $120 will be withheld from any refund issued if our tracking system indicates that the course e-materials zip file has been downloaded by the user. Below are important requirements and other terms and conditions that apply to this order. Please read these and confirm your understanding and acceptance by clicking the checkbox at the end of this section.

Approved Country Requirement
Orders are accepted only from the U.S. and certain other countries -- see country availability. The person / organization placing the order must be from one of the approved countries listed, and the account used for payment as well as the billing address provided must also be from the same listed country.

Nature of Course and License Being Granted
In consideration of this paid recorded course package order, the user(s) identified by the buyer on the order form will be granted a permanent personal use license for the downloaded e-materials zip file, and a temporary personal use license for online viewing of the provided videos for a period of 4 months from the date that access is granted via email to the user. These licenses are limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable; licenses are only granted to the user(s) named for this order, and the license may not be shared with or transferred to any other persons. The content of the course is owned by and copyright of eLearning Launchpad (and/or others as noted in the materials), and may not be reproduced, altered, distributed, transmitted, or displayed for any purpose other than the licensed users' individual training. For an additional cost, the access period may be extended for periods from 1 month up to 1 year beyond the original access period; for any such extensions, the extension must be ordered and paid at least 2 weeks before the current access expiration date. The course is self-paced and consists of electronic documents and pre-recorded videos of lecture modules and quiz questions (not live, and not instructor-led); users may contact eLearning Launchpad's instructor via email for questions or issues concerning the course. The course videos are delivered via an online streaming service via the user's broadband-speed internet connection (videos are not downloadable for offline viewing, although the e-materials documents are downloadable). While we always strive for high quality in our training products, and the course content is based on a subset of recordings from a live, accredited TOGAF certification training course, the course content is provided ‘as is’ and without any warranties, whether express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under law; we do not warrant that the materials will be error free, including technical inaccuracies.

Single User Per Course Requirements
Each user identified in this order must be the sole user of the provided materials, videos, and unique login password that we assign to each user. Each user is required to not share his/her password, nor share the course content or course videos in any way with any other person. The number of user(s) specified in this order must match the order quantity for this course. The buyer must inform all users covered by this order of their responsibility to comply with these requirements, and violations of these requirements may result in course license(s) and course access being revoked.

Refund Limitations and Requirements
A refund will be granted, minus any non-refundable fees described here, if requested via email within 14 days of the date that the access credentials were first issued by email to the user, provided that no more than 2 videos from the "Main Course" section on the course page have been accessed by the user, as determined by our access tracking system. A video is considered to have been accessed when the user logs onto the online learning platform and then clicks to open a particular video for viewing. If the e-materials zip file has been downloaded according to our download tracking records, a $120 non-refundable fee will be withheld from any refunds. Having downloaded the e-materials, a user is obligated to not redistribute, nor copy, nor share the e-materials with any other persons regardless of any refunds that may or may not have been issued.
After 14 days from the date payment is received, refunds are at our discretion and typically not provided, unless the servers we use to deliver the course content are unaccessible or operationally flawed in a significant way that causes substantial inconvenience for a significant period of time. Problems due to user's equipment or internet access not meeting the minimum recommended technical requirements described on the course page would not be grounds for a refund; if problems arise, the user must contact us as soon as possible to ensure problems can be minimized over the access period (note: users will be provided contact information for technical support as well as course subject matter questions).
Since our ability to provide refunds is constrained by intellectual property protection policy, it is highly recommended that the buyer carefully review all the information on the course description page, including any demo course pages containing sample videos from the course, and the detailed course outline, to help ensure your expectations are in line with what is being offered.

Agreement on Payment and Access Timing
Course access will be granted and login credentials communicated to the user(s) via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment (typically same day on credit card orders placed on weekdays before 5PM U.S. central time). If the buyer is paying via our online shop using a credit card, the 24 hour period will start as soon as the order is submitted (card is charged immediately). If the buyer elects in our shop to pay by paper check or ACH, the 24 hour period will start after the payment arrives in our account (including the time to receive, deposit, and clear checks).

Other Terms and Conditions

Specifically, the following major (general) sections on the terms and conditions page apply to this order: "GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS", "OTHER AGREEMENTS ON YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR OFFERINGS", and "ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMS" (the sections pertaining to "private courses", "public courses", and exam vouchers/guarantees do not apply to this course order).
